Contemporary Leading Edge Medical Centre

An initiative lead by Pukekohe Family Healthcare. An all new Medical Centre expanding Pukekohe’s Healthcare precinct, one HARRINGTON AVE will accommodate Pukekohe Family Healthcare alongside other medical professionals in purpose built, specialist suites.

Key Deliverables:

• Lead Design for the Harrington Health Centre, a new build development. Successful implementation of the NZIA Scope of Services and Prince2 Project Management Methodology to produce a design and build programme with detailed budget forecasting.
• Responsible for client and consultant relationship management, engagement and management of sub consultants, stakeholder design presentations & marketing strategies / advertising campaign successfully seeking investor funding and tenant interest.
• Green Building Services design (4 star target), with emphasis on sustainable design through the use of technology.

Achievements:

• Delivery of a world class design (aesthetic, cost effective & sustainable) that has satisfied the client requirements and delivered over and above the requirements of the District Plan, allowing the creation of a substantial environmental improvement to the surrounding landscape.
