Unfortunate timing has currently stalled this impressive project. Donelley Group were engaged to assist in the Master Planning stage for land use consent which flowed on through to resource consent documentation for a Community Centre, Safecare Facility, Hospital and 3 multi level blocks of apartments to be developed across a 6 year works programme.

Key Deliverables:

• Co Design Manager for Parewaitai Estates Retirement Village Community Centre, Apartments, Safe Care and Hospital at Papamoa NZ.
• Client and consultant relationship management, engagement and liaison with Building Services Engineers, service delivery for the Preliminary and Developed Design Stages.

Achievements:

• Successful engagement of project team to deliver complete documentation for Building Consent relative to the Community Centre.
• Complex detail work to enable a split stage construction process.
