Richmond Apartments & Healthcare
Partial Master Planning around existing villas and an unstable site, Donelley Group completed the developed design documentation of a 30 apartment (3 level) facility in keeping with cother community facilities (by others) and a and safecare facility catering for 40 full time occupants.
Key Deliverables:

Co Design Lead for Richmond Villas Apartments (30 apartments) and Safe Care (20 rooms) facilities at Thames NZ. Responsible for the delivery of design and documentation for Resource Consent.

Client’s brief was realised through creation of a contemporary design employing traditional construction techniques and an ‘off the shelf’ design approach to ensure cost effective and modern facilities.
