Expansion & Refurbishment.

Originally designed and constructed under EJD & A in 1995-6, this building is testament to the quality of Donelley Group's service and delivery , being asked back 12 years later to complete the end of lifecycle refurbishment and extensions to cope with growth demand and bring in line with legislative standards.

Key Deliverables:

• Data Centre Relocation.
• Facilitation of resources to successfully relocate the PABX & Servers (and associated services), prepare data centre for receipt of the relocated hardware; including power, rack, cabling, capacity review and upgrade.
• Lead Design and Project Manager for the 12 month, 5 Stage refurbishment of the 25 GP Medical Centre involving stringent Health & Safety considerations.
• Responsible for complete Project Administration and Documentation, client relationship management & supplier management.

Achievements:

• The refurbishment has successfully streamlined operations and increased capacity for business growth in line with client expectations.
• The business maintained 100% operation & patient safety during the refurbishment and has exponentially increased patient numbers since the conclusion of the project.
